Practice Policies
- Please have your swimmer(s) attend practice during their designated age group time. This is determined by their age as of May 31, 2026.
- Swimmers should arrive 5-10 minutes early with goggles and a towel.
- At the beginning of each practice, swimmers will report to the area near the diving board to check in with coaches. They will then be directed to their swimming lanes.
- For safety, a parent or designated guardian must remain on the pool deck for swimmers age 8 and younger. Drop off is permitted for swimmers age 9 and older.
- We have an amazing team of coaches led by our two head coaches, Abigail and Julie. During practice, they are focused on the safety of the swimmers in the water and are busy instructing. If you have questions, please find a coordinator or wait until after practice concludes speak with our coaches.
